Shane is a lifetime native of Patrick County, currently residing there with his wife Emily who serves as a police officer. Shane has recently made the transition to a full time real estate agent and is extremely dedicated to his new profession.
Shane specializes in the purchasing and selling of rural area homes and farmland. He enjoys the outdoors, whether it be kayaking on the Smith River or a round of golf at one of the many local courses.
Shane’s favorite part of his job is helping ease the stress of buying or selling a home. When he bought his first home with his wife, they thought it was going to be an exciting experience and soon found out it was one of the most stressful things they have ever done. Shane learned from that experience and wants to help people avoid that.
Whether you're buying or selling, if you're looking for a Realtor that will go above and beyond for you so you can enjoy the process and not stress over it, then your search ends here.
April and Stanley Webb have been married since April Fool's Day of 2017. They describe themselves as beautifully blended. April has 3 sons and Stan has 1 daughter from their previous marriages but love them all as their own.
April Turman Webb was born and raised in Williamsburg, Virginia. Her childhood consisted of many long weekends and summers which were spent in the Carroll County/Meadows of Dan Area on her family's homeplace farm. When an opportunity for employment became available in 1999 to work at Olde Mill Golf Resort, she didn't hesitate to take it, moving to this area and calling it home. You will find she has a deep passion and love not only for the real estate in this area but also the people. A she would say "if we talk long enough, we will be family" either biological or chosen. April has a history in real estate as she was liensed in the past. She also comes from a long line of highway contractors and land developers.
Stanley Webb was born and raised in Fancy Gap and Hillsville areas of Carroll County. When able he is an avid hunter, fisherman, sports fan, but mostly and most importantly he is a family man. He is very knowledgeable of not only Carroll County Area but Floyd County as well. When able he will assist his wife in their team approach of real estate.
Although, they have only been married a short time, together they have sold a home, bought land and built their forever home. Their hope is to assist you in selling. But also helping you find a part of this beautiful area of SWVA.
I have 20 years of Real Estate Experience! Born in West Virginia and I lived on a 500 acre farm. I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Forestry from West Virginia University in 1975. I have called Patrick County my home since 1978 (for the past 43 years).
Patrick County and all the surrounding counties in VA and NC are a great place to live and work along with Wonderful neighbors who are willing to help you at any time. I tell clients and customers buying and moving to the area to just treat your neighbors the way to want to be treated and they will return that favor with open arms.
I was the first person hired in 1978 by the owner at what is known today as Primland Resort in Meadows of Dan, VA (Primland Resort, Auberge Resort) to manage 14,000 acres in Virginia and 18,000 acres in North Carolina. I was Vice President and General Manager for all operations which included about 120 employees in all aspects of the property (such as road building, firewood operation, hunting operations, land management, restaurant and housing management). We had 2 restaurants and 17 houses on the property.
While at Primland for 20 years, I gained great experience at purchasing properties and working with sellers as Primland expanded their holdings in Virginia and North Carolina. I have had the opportunity to work with people all over the United States and throughout Europe thru my experience with Primland. I have traveled to Europe to view operations which were owned and operated by Primland in Ireland, England, Switzerland and France. While at Primland we started a Pheasant, Quail, Turkey, Deer Hunting Operation, European Style Pheasant Shooting Operation and Sporting Clay Shooting Area.
I took a keen interest in Real Estate and therefore obtained my license in 1998, and eventually my Brokers License in Virginia and North Carolina in 2002 and opened United Country Lambert Realty. During the last 20 years I have been blessed to sell many large tracts of land and land house combinations which included 4,800 acres in Lexington, VA. My office is located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. My Wife and I work together at my office in Stuart, VA and have been very blessed with our Association with United Country for the last 20 years!
I have been President of the Martinsvillle Henry Patrick County Association of Realtor in 2006, 2010,and 2015. At present, I am a member of the Board of Directors for the Association.
